Shipping Policy

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Processing Times

As many of our items are made or personalised to order, please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be made, prepared and dispatched.

Orders placed on a Friday, weekend or UK bank holiday will begin processing on the next working day.

Delivery

Once dispatched, Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within approximately 2–3 working days. Please note that this is an estimated delivery timeframe and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

While we cannot control delays within the Royal Mail network, if your parcel is significantly delayed or you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Delivery Addresses

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and correct. If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking information shows that your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so that we can investigate this with Royal Mail.
